zaqw222222
So dhawan will be selected as his replacement. He has been getting starts in this IPL but not able to make a big score apart from the last match against KXIP. Link to comment
mancalledsting
Very sad news- but it's better he rests and gets his injuries sorted once and for all Link to comment

His injuries had nothing to do with fitness. Once he got hit on elbow while fielding at shortleg that kept him out of a tests against NZ and then he injured his shoulder while fielding in Pune tests and he had to undergo surgery for that injury. Ultimate_Game
Sad. Hope Rahane isn't selected in the squad to be the opener I say go with Pant and let him play as a specialist batsman as an opener Link to comment

He shouldn't be in T20s as he takes too long to start but his batting style is perfect for odis if he's in form. sandeep 1 Link to comment

If cricket ball hits you at the vulnerable parts, you are bound to get injured. Not the first time a player got injured like that and it does not make them fragile. Kohli got injured against Aus, does that make him fragile. Rahane broke his finger against England while batting does that make him fragile. Lannister 1 Link to comment

Rahul plays two or three matches and then spends time away injured. kira 1 Link to comment
Gollum
Those who are over Dhawan should check his record in 50 over ICC tourneys. You can't fault him there folks, he has been our best bat in CWC 2015/CT 2013. Link to comment
