You made or were forced to make some pretty bad player selections last IPL... But kudos to you to pin point the REAL culprits, unprofessional employees... like a real ambitious owner, who takes no shyte, you went about to rectify your mistakes... You changed unprofessional captain with a committed and capable one... And what a turn around!
