Rohit is not at the end of his career or running on previous reputation...yes in tests he is not a shoo in for the x1 as during injury others have emerged. in OdIs he is the best we have. I will throw some stats of this edition of IPL Robin Uthappa - 8 inns 331 runs - s/r 168 Rishabh Pant - 7 inns 147 runs - s/r 161 Kedar Jadhav - 9 inns 213 runs - s/r 152 Parthiv Patel - 9 inns 218 runs - s/r 135 D Karthik - 9 inns 192 runs - s/r 131 W Saha - 7 inns 69 runs - s/r 121 MS Dhoni - 9 inns 173 runs - s/r 120 Not counting Naman Ojha as he has batted only 3 times with scores of 34, 11* and 9. Clearly shows Dhoni wouldn't get into in 3rd or 4th T20I team of India. Not to mention he has always been an average T20I player.
