Gollum
Spineless. The way events have been unfolding we may as well surrender our sovereignty and request England to rule us like the days of the Raj. velu, eagleeye, JaFanatic and 1 other 4 Link to comment

Ramachandra Guha is as useless as they come and he is only good at writing stupid books and participating in meaningless debates on tv. He is all talk and no walk. A lot of people were cheering when Srinivasan lost BCCI's chief post but you need people like him at the helm. He wouldnt have let this fly. putrevus, vivek04, JaFanatic and 4 others 7 Link to comment
Lannister
So they were all just talk to begin with, they never had a plan B in place if things started to fall apart. If they think revenue distribution is unfair on part of the Indian cricket, then why are they afraid to take a stand. Blaming Manohar or SC, just shows how weak these incompetent buffoons are. Now they made a mockery of themselves in front of the whole world. velu 1 Link to comment

mishra
Looks like CoA in Shashank Manohars pocket and is saying it needs all 30 members to vote yes for pullout of ICC. Iirc just yesterday the bar was 15 out of 29+1 members Edited May 2, 2017 by mishra Link to comment
Malcolm Merlyn
Bcci trying to get the GoI involved.Good.The sooner bcci turns this into India vs ICC the better. New guy 1 Link to comment
mishra
This whole saga is looking like BREXIT discussion. Whole nation voted for BREXIT which was faught on grounds of getting sovereignity back to British parliament while selected MPs of Parliament(House of Lords) kept arguing that vote of nation doesnt matter as its parliament i.e. (House of Lords) which has final Say. Point is, We have Theresa May who went ahead to do right thing. Does BCCI has one who can shove something up CoA . Link to comment

Whole nation didn't vote for Brexit .It was at best tiny majority with a 48-52 split. So that's factually incorrect. Link to comment
Austin 3:!6
What happens to ticket holders like me if BCCI Pulls out? Will we get our money back? Link to comment

So that's factually incorrect. Bhai, Thats democracy. once 50+% vote for something, Its considered as mandate from whole nation. I dont want to take discussion tangentially but main point is CoA is just behaving like our peers from House of Lords who thought since they are running parliament so they will do whatever they want without repercussions. Also, to rub salt on BREXITeers British SC said House of Lords must have a say despite referendum Link to comment
Vilander
Guha says India must play in ICC tournaments and not pull out as it is not becoming for a big cricket playing nation. Lol this guys twitter handle is quite informative the usual saffron terror/ bjp rss complicit in sikh riots etc. Looks like a Nehruvian socialist idealist.
