As per Salve, Question is when Consular Access be given. He says, not now but a year back. That he wants to argue to make the ground on which he will seek a annul and retrial.

Pakistan being shown its rightful place by the ICJ here. Cr@p arguments and Kangaroo Courts might be good enough to convince blinded and brainwashed peasants of your country, but they don't stand a chance outside. Clowns have been shown their aukat.

^ I dont think that is confession under duress. I watched complete video. Its a work of complete pure editting. Kulbhushan has used one word or couple of words in sequence and that has been used. Just look at the way Kulbhushans face moove between the frames as if there is some disconnct. Infact most words he has not even spoken.

Look at the video. At around 1:37 where it says since "2000". A edit comes to make sound like 2013. His face is not visible when sound comes "I have been directing various activities in Balochistan and Karachi at behest of raw". Same trick is used again and again. Not a single sentence which could be considered incriminating comes with his face visible

Mallu b garde movie makers do better editting then these ISI tollywood fails.

Pak getting trapped here... it says ICJ has no jurisdiction...

Can't go to court when India repeals Indus Water Treaty in future... :nice:

Will definitely also lose the ISI officer who vanished from Lumbini, Nepal...

ICJ asked their lawyer, if Pakistan will abide by whatever decision comes before start of precceeng. Pakistanis said Yes

Why don't you ask your clowns dressed in suits to file a case against India in ICJ. What are you guys waiting for?

Errrr.... Probably ICJ is going to first ask you to follow the UN resolution of 1947 and vacate OUR land occupied by YOUR terrorists.

UNSC resolution 48 is not binding. Comes under Chapter 6 of UN disputes. That was a strategic blunder by us. Should've asked for it to be under Chapter 7 which would've made it binding.

Plebiscite is a pipedream anyway. Demographics have been altered way too much by Padosis in POK.

We went to the ICJ claiming this to be a breach of human rights, contravening Vienna Convention.

Vienna Convention is a multilateral agreement and hence doesn't come under the ambit of resolution by Shimla accord (which Pakistan has never abided btw) but under International Court.

Janaab, ball is in Pakistan's court. Ignore ICJs stay order at your own peril.

Salve has played it very well here. Done his homework. Utterly demolished the Pakistani non case.

Remember, this is the same guy who defended Salman Khan in the drunk driving and Keshab Mahendra (in his capacity as the non executive chairman) in the Bhopal gas case. Has defended what is morally repugnant, in the past. But no doubting his acumen.
