Should India pull out of CT after terror attack in UK?

Recommended Posts

After another terror/jihadi attack in the UK should Ind reconsider its participation?

Don't see how safety can be guaranteed for players and fans in places like London, Birmingham, Manchester etc when the jihadi menace is everywhere from taxis to take-aways.

Plus there will be a national election at the same time as the tournament which has its own security risks.

Scary.

If this became a trend then we would have no teams touring any other countries. Except maybe Antartica no country is safe enough these days.

Except in cases where Cricketers were specifically targeted (like what happened with SL cricketers in Pak), I don't think pull out should happen IMO. These terrorists' main agenda is to create fear and we should not be helping their agenda.

It's obvious, do you doubt it? Even if nothing has been confirmed yet, it is most likely that, ISIS are celebrating on social media

If it was ISIS, They would have claimed within a hour to be proud but they didn't. They are having celebration because it happened in UK.

It doesn't matter if it was ISIS or AQ or some other british pakistani retard, it was a suicide attack, we know who specializes in suicide bombing, things will become clear in a few days, it wasn't an accidental blast so most likely to be a jihadi attack.

Some pathetic people in Cricinfo and social media are using yesterday's horrific incident for mere point scoring and making jokes about Eoin Morgan pulling out etc. We, being a victim of foreign terrorism ourselves, should show full solidarity with the UK and it's people at this hour. BCCI has already expressed their written concern to ICC, and has been assured of taking every measure possible to ensure safety and security of the players. SO things should and will go on as planned.
