Should India host a tri-series every year including an associate team?

India don't play a lot of associates outside of multi-team tournaments like the ICC World Cup and Asia Cup. This is mostly due to the fact that there's no money in it. Do you think they should counter this by hosting a tri-series by involving one top team and one associate team? Playing more top teams would be a great way for associate teams to develop their game.

Don't wanna watch a boring series against Associates were we will be just smashing them to bits.Whats the point of it.

 

If u wanna help associates ,include A teams of Afghanistan and Nepal in Ranji trophy.Would help them improve immeasurably.

That's why I suggested a tri-series. You have your top teams competing as well as the associate team. Eventually rubbing shoulders with top teams would push their game up to the point where they might be more competitive some day.

Indian players and team don't get any rest as it is and adding a tri-series, that too with an associate, is pointless. Maybe India A or India u-19 teams can play these tri-series but definitely not Team India.

tri series with afg nepal and india, India can make 500-600 runs. kohli can break sachins record...yessssss would it still be called ODi ?
