Cricketics Posted June 24, 2017 Share Posted June 24, 2017   I just feel many have gone against him as if he lost India intentionally the final just by himself when we are forgetting the whole team failed misrerbly and was pathetic on the big day, and also that there are no proper proofs that Kohli was wrong and Kumble was right in their kumble/Kohli gate.   Both the issues together have created this sudden hate for Kohli through the media which is also brainwashing public after continuous coverage of these events.  That and this whole dropping the seniors thing. I agree that seniors need to go but Kohli needs to be given time.  Even the great Dhoni took his time. We lost many major tournaments from t20 world cups to Champions trophy etc by not getting the right combination under his tenure. Soon he found the right combo and we did get success under him.  Give Kohli some time, he will get the right combination and eventually leave out non performing seniors.  Kuldeep and Pant, two youngsters are already in the squad and hopefully will play soon, and similarly like them many others will get a chance in his tenure in coming months.    lunigirly and JaFanatic 2 Link to comment
