If Shastri can bring good results and keep the team happy and the team's performance consistent, then it is good. He did do decent in his first tenure as the interim coach All the best to this new era. I think Shastri is foing to do well. India is going to win many big trophies and series. Well if coach and captain have constant disagreements you don't give in to one over the other. Player power is harmful. As I said Kumble may be the worst human being alive for all we know but the very fact that the initial captain choice came back shows things might have been made miserable for Kumble. unless something concrete comes up,Kohli is looking bad in this scenario based on what we know. I always wanted UMESH SHAMMI ISHANT under ZAK's coaching ..even the lambu Ishant will win wickets now. I am super excited with ZAK as the Bowling coach. Superb Decision ..better late then never.
