India Internationals L Balaji, M Vijay and Tamil Nadu all-rounder C Ganapathy will also be present at the event, which is sponsored by Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited.

The six-hitting contest will begin at 6 pm and will end by 7 pm. The opening show will be followed by toss and the match will start at 7.15 pm.

Washington Sunder opening the batting .

 

He is a real prospect.Already a decent bowling prospect ,if he could improve his hitting prowess , would be real option for Indian team.

Could be a genuine all rounder.Only 17 as well.

Sundar had an exceptional game yesterday .

 

Opened the batting and smacked 69 of 48.

Also took 3 for 34 in 4 overs with a match turning 18th over.

 

Basil Thampi plays for Kerala .So he won't be part of TNPL.

Fast bowlers need to be more pacey. Other than this it's a quality league.

Standard is pretty decent, counted about 15 middle order batsmen better than UV(our mainstay LOL) and all keepers are better than Cool.

So all keepers are better than cool in the freaking TNPL but some chamchas here will tell you he's the best keeper in the world because he makes some outstanding regulation stumpings.
