Trichromatic
Good for all of them. Would have been happy to see of Rahul there too. Link to comment
ThePhenomenal1
It is good to see Big name Indian cricketers play CC again after a while. Will only help their game and mental strength. Imagine if Ashwin becomes an even better bowler and learns a trick or two about picking wickets overseas. Link to comment
Cricketics
England preparing India well for the next year's series. It's a recipe to disaster for them. Wait and watch. Good stuff by BCCI though finally to let them play. Link to comment

BCCI only asked Indian players not to sign the t20 series the way Yusuf Pathan tried to do BCCI never was against county cricket... its our players' arrogance and reluctance to play county cricket. last time Ishant was offered a county ticket he asked them to eff off. BeautifulGame
Slightly disappointed he is going to a team in division 2. Surely for the calibre of player he is , could have gone to a team in division one? Link to comment

Yes, but any kind of overseas cricket is useful, be it t20, 50 or FC. So BCCI denying them earlier for any format isn't a good idea. For example if our players are playing in big bash, it can help them enhance their 50 over game also by improvijg their strike rate, which in modern day game, a really important feature, plus just the feel of the new conditions is also a factor. Sachinism
This is amazing news. After Che was allowed, it seems to have made BCCI more open to the idea. Only shame is they're going right at the end of the season, meaning they'll barely get a handful of games Link to comment
Ankit_sharma03
great news how many games are they playing ??? Link to comment
King Tendulkar
Not sure he needs it frankly prefer if he rests would be more happy if batsman went to play county and even some fringe guys like pant etc . Link to comment

Riju23
I wonder if Ashwin is more interested in playing now that we have a potential overseas wristspinning option in kuldeep - now ashwin feels more pressure to differentiate himself overseas (obviously his record in the subcontinent/west indies is incredible, but people always talk about wanting legspinners in england, aus, etc) Link to comment
Ankit_sharma03
India's next assignment after the Sri Lanka tour is the five ODIs against Australia starting on September 17. If Ashwin is selected for those matches, he might play only two matches in England. If he is not, he could go on till the end of the season as Worcestershire make a push for promotion. Great now we have more reason to drop him for more games for Odi's which gives kuldeep , chahal more games n i hope Aus series is the one were we draft Krunal pandya . Kuldeep, chahal, Krunal shud be the spin trio For Aussie Odi series Link to comment
