G_B_
Sehwag and sachin different era yet so fast. Feel that sachin in his prime in todays era would easily have a strike rate of 120 Link to comment
G_B_
hmm interesting to note Rahane Dhawan faster than Rohit Dhawan just shows that Rohit is a slow starter. Link to comment

putrevus
It is not surprising at all, both are equally inept in rotating strike. Link to comment
Ankit_sharma03
Use to really like gambhir n sehwag, the way they stole singles, how differently they attacked and once spinners come it was halwa for them Link to comment
Rasgulla
Gambir and sehwag look at that.. Feeling bad for sehwag when he has to bat with sachin poor guy has to score majority of it while other guy tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk tuk Link to comment
Vilander
Rahane is pathetic in odi. Manju amd rest of shameless mumbai lobby are trying to big him up...pathetic regional mumbai lobby. Link to comment

If you think you can keep run rate high by rotating strike, you are wrong. That too during PP when you have 7 fielders inside the circle. Those guys used to hit a lot of boundaries and were great at findings gaps. Rahane struggle at it. Finds fielders. these guys barely try to hit first 3-4 overs. Sehwag would start hitting from ball one. Link to comment
ykvyas
Not a big fan of Rahane - but century partnership conversion ratio when he has opened is among the best - it would be interesting to also compare based on win-loss ratio in the matches he has opened Vs other contemporary pairs. Gambhir was also pretty good at 3 (WC final being an example). His overall ODI record even now is pretty good. Link to comment
