No ICC events scheduled in 2018?

For the first time in this decade there will be no ICC events in 2018. There were guaranteed 1 ICC event per year since 2011 WC but next year there is none. Is there a chance of organizing a test championship?

 

2011 - Cricket World Cup

2012 - T20 World Cup

2013 - Champions Trophy

2014 - T20 World Cup

2015 - Cricket world Cup

2016 - T20 World Cup

2017 - Champions Trophy

2018 - ???

Would love to have the Test Championship with Top 4 teams at neutral venues, but don't think it's gonna happen.
