Sanga was way too prolific scorer. Both had similar weaknesses. Dravid failed to score in SA and SL. While Sanga didn't face many ATG bowlers, Dravid has one 1 away hundred against all ATG bowlers - his 100 in SA. Link to comment

Shaz1
Although Dravid was a very respectable cricketer. Always gave it his all for his country. The guy had a never say die attitude. You could just feel his fighting spirit when he took blows by the ball. Loved his determination for every run he got. Link to comment

Alien condition for two is England, Autralia and South Africa. Dravid has 40 matches, 3166 run, averaging 46 while Sanga has 29 matches 1977 runs, averaging 43. Its scoring rate/impact of Dravid in odis which makes me feel that may be Saga may have slight edge sandeep 1 Link to comment

NZ were bowled out for 221, and SL batsmen scored 153 except Sanga. 192 at Hobart http://www.espncricinfo.com/series/14187/scorecard/291339/Australia-vs-Sri-Lanka-2nd-Test-warne-muralitharan-trophy/ Not as good as that 180, but he has scored multiple double big 100s when no one else was scoring in his team. Aussies dominated the game. Team vs team, they were far far ahead. Second was South Africa and that too, nowhere close to Australia. And then there was a big gap between Africans and rest. And hence individual performances and heroics of players like Lara Dravid, Tendulkar (to some extent KP) made fans go crazy mancalledsting 1 Link to comment
