And, it's such things which Rahul cannot do and why he is a failure. He doesn't have a connect with people whereas Modi is seen as "one of them" for the common people. And we are talking about same Rahul who said, poverty is just a state of mind. A Rahul who can't even write a condolence message. Rahul needs a script to work, and without it, he struggles. Thus, I do not take the whole Rahul positive marketing seriously. Remember, media needs to sell its content. Cases involving Ex CBI Chief are open and shut case... So if you aren’t able to bring them to justice but still keep dong jumlabazi from rooftops every elections and bring new scams? There will come a stage that public will think that BJP is in cahoots with Congress and only just want to win elections that’s it... the moment they feel both are same ;I certainly believe that BJP is just a sarter version of Congress), end of BJP story... Its not government's job to bring justice, that would be the courts. If the courts themselves are dens of corruption, where is the possibility of justice? I'm all for a swift (french revolution style ****) end to the empire but then I don't need to take responsibility of chaos that would follow. At some point, once BJP has majority in RS, they will reintroduce in Judicial reforms. And once they have leverage on the top court, you will see some movement on the corruption cases. Since 2015 (post land acquisition ordinance debacle), BJP has been a populist government. Most of the schemes are rural/poor driven. That is also the reason why they didn't move swiftly on the NPA problem (as didnt want to come across as being in bed with the corporates).
