Americans have always looked at foreign policy as tools to 'use' countries for their agenda.  Under Trump, its going to even more so.  

 

Lip service isn't worth a damn cent.  Indian govt should repay the kind words in even kinder words, and make sure we get value for the billions in arms that we are buying from them, especially tech transfer.   Rest is all noise.   All they are trying to do is blackmail and scare their usual rentier greenbros into co-operating with them more.
