I think that's a fair criticism. If you get set, you have to score 150. Patta, rank turner, good bowling, bad bowling are all excuses. Good to see a leader who is focused on pure results. Even if we have to lose all overseas tests and get blanked in the group stage of the next 2 world cups, he will do that. It is all about brand protection, the Kohli-Rohit-Bunty axis is killing Indian cricket. Rahul is not welcome in that gang because Kohli knows Rahul is more talented than either him or Rohit and capable of great feats. Rohit after his double hundred has cemented his test spot for next 2 years . These two along with virat himself are the only 3 settled spots for next few years .
