Saw his bowling for the first time. It seems he's not the hit the deck kind of bowler. Pakistan's Mohammed Sami came to my mind.

BCCI should consciously develop and groom/coach Saini so in next 12 months, he can get into India squad. But BCCI babus cant care about all that.

Saini is test match material. If anyone in Indian Cricket has basic cricket knowledge then Saini should be on the first flight to South Africa. This should be his new years gift. This guy will add about 2-4 k's if he plays in International cricket now.

I agree Saini looks as good as Siraj shardul and thampi at least. Umesh is better than these if he is in form.

Saini looks far more ready then Siraj n thampi as of now , obv he has been playing longer then them

Thampi is more of LOI prospect .

Siraj is really talented and will keep getting better

Not impressed with Saini had a opportunity to watch live yesterday seems like VRV Singh type of bowler who bowls at decent speed but no movement and will gets owned very easily at international level, he needs to be bowling close to 145K consistently or add movement to his delivery, currently should not be picked for internationals as we already have Shami Umesh who bowls at 140+ and they have movements too, Not sure why there was so much hype

Watch his bowling in the semi-finals. He was seaming the ball both ways at a pretty good pace.

He did get movement and movement depends on the pitch. Watch his bowling in Semi final on hotstar. He was always known for his movement and now has increased the pace too.
