4 times BPL T20 Champion.

WC 2015 Quarter Finalist.

CT 2017 Semi Finalist.

Seven+ surgeries over the course of a 14+ year career

If Mashrafe Bin Mortaza was injury free, how far would Bangladesh have gone in world cricket?

Truly one of the best leader and fighter for Bangladesh. His injuries have taken many years from his career sadly.

He should have retired a year ago already.  He's a liability to their team both at present, and for the future, since playing him in all these games is depriving another young player an opportunity to pick up in-game experience.  Which is the only way raw prospects can take that next step to becoming international class.

His the highest wicket taker (49) for Bangladesh in the last three years in ODI.

He does his job with the ball, and his captaincy is on a different level.

He should definitely lead Bangladesh in the ICC 2018 World Cup, considering he doesn't get injured again.

His the equivalent of Dhoni in the Bangladesh team.

And how many has he lost ?

This is irrelevant, maybe around 10 matches.

This is of course expected as India much better side than Bangladesh on paper.

Mashrafe is a very unique player, with unique characteristics.

Never gives up easily.

Had he not been injured for many of his cricketing career, who knows what he would have achieved.

When he first started, he was a genuine fast bowler, bowling 140+ kph, injury reduced that pace overtime.
