Vk1
This is the root of the problems for WestIndies. How do we avoid it. Is it that difficult to prepare fast bouncy pitches ? Does it involve huge costs in maintenance. How about the drop-in pitches that NZC have been doing. If NZC can do it surely it wouldn't be costly for maintenance. Is the curator or groundsmen not knowledgeable on the science behind fast pitches? Why is it that we all see and lament but nothing concrete is done to rectify this problem. We as in players, explayers, commentators etc not doing enough? What is the ICC doing here. Link to comment
Number
WI cricket is in such shambles that quality of pitches is least of their worries. Their is a leadership vaccum at evey level from board management to team. Edited December 29, 2017 by Number Link to comment
