The country could have very good mechanism to guard against such threats but realistically it cannot stop 100% of the attacks. 10% of attacks will sneak through causing great harm. Offering the other cheek will not work either. Ind needs a strong aggressive strategy. If need be, classify Pakistan Army as a terrorist outfit too. Throw the consulate out of Ind. Do not respect the line of control, take Pak camps out of PoK. While carrying out these campaigns, it should be made clear that the territory is occupied by Pak. I think what is hindering a violent response is the immediate need to upgrade Ind’s military infrastructure. From what I recall, even the ammunition stock pile is low. In a war situation, Ind could be out of it in a few weeks esp if battling on multiple fronts What is costing Ind is the neglect for upgrading military infrastructure over the years. The Raphaels are not here too yet Also to strike hard, Ind would need to catch the enemy off guard. Let’s not judge based on what statements are issued. Last few months many JK policemen and Kashmiri military/CRPF/BSF men have laid down their lives in the hope that Kashmir can be rid of Pak sponsored terror one day. Special shout out to these bravehearts, Indian Army will ensure their sacrifices never go in vain. No matter which spineless eunuch sits in PMO, Indian Army+paramilitary will always be there to protect 130 crore Indians, the only institutions that deserves respect and our eternal gratitude.
