Gollum
Sad for him, don't like people getting injured even if that were to benefit us. Get well soon champ, we need you for the GOAT contest against Smith. prinzo, speedheat and GoldenSun 1 2 Link to comment
Cricketics
Man, hate to see a champion bowler go through this. He is the best of this era, the era post Mcgrath. prinzo and speedheat 1 1 Link to comment
jf1gp_1
He will retire soon. Wasnt there some rule change planned for such scenarios ? Link to comment
Shunya
He is at 419 wickets....Top SA wicket taker is 421... sad, this can also be the end for him. Advantage India though, especially in this Test. Link to comment
chewy
Sad to see, wanted to see Steyn play through the seriea but anyways India need to use this opening, SA down to three quicks and Morkel doesn’t look on song restrict lead below 300 and India have outside chance prinzo 1 Link to comment

rtmohanlal
To be frank ,though feel for Steyn, quite relieved that he is most probably out of the series. This because , other wise it would have been a night mare facing 3 sub 25 avg:ing bolwers + Morkel who has been avg:ing around 22 in this season in favourable conditions for the Indian batting line up.And some things needed to sort out a bit for Kohli's bizare selections too. beetle
This feels so sad. He is my second fav. SA player. The series won,'t be same without him. maniac and Jimmy Cliff 1 1 Link to comment
vayuu1
The problem for South Africa is that their top 3 batsmen and top 3 bowlers are on the wrong side of 30 and retire around same time, which should be really worrying. Sent from my vivo 1601 using Tapatalk Link to comment
WC2011INDIA
A sad end to his career. It took him a year to recover and make a comeback. Once again, he gets injured. Sadly, has become a liability for SA. Really feeling bad. Link to comment
AmreekanDesi
great news for us! really should go for a win now. Philander is easy to negotiate second innings and Morkel always relies on pressure made by Steyn Their spinner dude is the maharaja of utter tripe Link to comment
