Ankit_sharma03
NEW DELHI: Former swashbuckling opener Virender Sehwag on Saturday stated that Virat Kohli "should drop himself" if he fails in the second Test against South Africa, launching a scathing attack on the India skipper for his team selection. "Watching Virat Kohli excluding Shikhar Dhawan for just one Test failure, and Bhuvneshwar for no reason at all, Kohli should drop himself in the third Test at Centurion, if he fails to perform in Centurion," Sehwag told 'India TV'. https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/sports/cricket/india-in-south-africa/india-vs-south-africa-2nd-test-virat-kohli-should-drop-himself-if-he-fails-at-centurion-says-virender-sehwag/articleshow/62489900.cms?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=TOI&utm_content=om-bm Gollum, beetle and velu 3 Link to comment
Popular Post Jimmy Cliff
He should drop himself for the England tour even if he scores a 100 in each of the two Tests in SA. #Horsesforcourses ftw. Laaloo, sensible-indian, BeardedAladdin and 13 others 5 1 7 3 Link to comment
Shunya
Everything is justified if its done by Kohli. There is always some super smart logic behind every strategy. He is the wonder boy of cricket. He has fans all over the world. He is next Sachin, he is better captain than Dhoni. Regardless of who agrees with him or not, he will rock on. If people do not understand his point of view or become like him, they will be discarded whoever they are - Kumble, Sehwag or anyone. They will all fall in line sooner or later. None of those people matter, Superman Kohli will handle everything. Edited January 13, 2018 by Shunya mishra 1 Link to comment
goose
The decision to drop your best bowler in swinging conditions isn't in itself necessarily a bad thing. Teams around the world need to think this way if they're going to win more games particularly away. But there simply wasn't anyone on the bench he could reasonably trust to do better. sandeep 1 Link to comment
Gollum
Uh oh, Viru on the firing line. Now watch him lose the job (if any) in BCCI/DDCA/IPL. Bad things happen when you show the mirror to Kohli, it's like saying 'Bloody Mary' 3 times in front of the mirror. Viru bachke rahne . The Dark Lord has the memory of an elephant last I heard, and a lust for vengeance on all imagined threats. mishra
Whoever Sachin says, will be dropped or selected. I doubt Kohli/Shashtri is going to listen any one else including Gavaskar. BTW why no one questioned Rahul /Rahane's non inclusion. IMO, Bhuvi is just being used as front, all the greats seem angry at dropping of Dhawan. Edited January 15, 2018 by mishra Link to comment

Vk1
Sehwag is not a good man manager. His knowledge of the game seems to be limited to batting alone. Link to comment
wanted_desi
According to Vikrant Gupta, Kohli is really upset with Sehwag over his comments and has made it known through someone. Link to comment
