Ishant should never play for india again

Recommended Posts

He fooled us once agin with cheap wickets v Sri lanka

this spell for me proves it fully . Yes accurate . Yes ok pace . But that’s it

no seam or swing . While bumrah was making it jag. Ishant has zero movement . No skill with ball . He just bowls gun barrel straight . Not even get bounce

when struggling for seamers has to make do . But now so many options and express pacers like nagakoti coming and malvi , Ishant should be told thanks but that’s it

kohli dump him forever please

hes a bowling machine. Im not even sure he has pace, he regularly looks like hes bowling at 130-135kph, for someone so tall has 0 bouncer or a short pitched weapon. but i wont be surprised to see him dropped next match then play all 5 in England...... based on 1 spell at Lords  lol

He doesn’t even get bounce despite his height

low skill levels . Yes gives all and kind of accurate but this proves you need so much more . You need skill levels , he has low skill levels as a bowler. No natural movement he gets

with shami , bumrah , bk , and so many come by through . His time is up . It’s not a case of well there is no one else etc

he must never ever play for india again

Itne saal hongaye bolte bolte but for some reason some reason our Indian ICF janta keep wanting him in indian test team saying he is a magican support bowler.

Screw this support bowler.

Don’t need such “mahnga” support.

He will take few wickets probably again today and fool us.

Bring BHUVI back

We were fooled by games v Sri Lanka . It sucked us in . That series also deluded us over Rohit and Dhawan  as well .

but now playing proper test cricket again . We can now see players like Ishant have no role , we have better and need better

He bowls like 100 ordinary balls in between one or two good ball that could batsman out.  His life started as a support bowler. He continues to be a support bowler. He will retire as a support bowler. Never made any progress like Zaheer or Srinath.  I am not sure how many bowlers in international cricket made Test debut before Ishant. Most of them made debut after him.  They are all well ahead of him. Any idea what is the highest ICC ranking Ishant achieved and stayed how long there ?

If any bowler who needs to be kicked out from this Indian team is not shami not umesh not bhuvi its the great ishant sharma !! Should have never been selected after Faulkner's massacre any way, also before those two youngsters we have saini lalit yadav and km asif who I think is more of test match bowler to select.

He is never good on this type of pitch,it was rather cape town where he would have delivered

He is a fluke master. Like he took 2 wickets in CT final in one over he needs  lot of luck. That has carried him thus far. After his fiery spell to Punter he joined one dayers. That is when his decline began.  He might luck few more wickets in this match. You cannot trust him. Atleast stick with bowlers who has skill.

No you can't be more wrong. His spell to ponting was nothing .His performance in 2008 home season was best considering his Man of series performances against a quality Aussie side in India. After that he changed his action to get outswing and lost it.
