it doesnt make sense to me... how can a praveen kumar clone can own professional batsmen this badly?! truly a mystery.

I know Indians have become crazy about pace because we never had out and out pacers. However, every country in the world has a swing/seam bowler who dominates when conditions are right, regardless of pace. Who are the first names on the team sheet every single match. Not everyone follows speed guns blindly

Murali kartik makes a great point about the horses for courses theory of virat and Ravi. If they are going by that theory, Rahane should have played in the whole series. But they dropped him due to his current form. The if you are going with current form, bhuvi should have played the 2nd test and Ashwin should have played here. Also that theory also suggests that shikhar and Rohit should be somewhere in Delhi and Mumbai respectively.

The thing is philtrundler is averaging 22 in test cricket, it is mindblowing that a praveen kumara clone can average that low in test cricket, just shows he's the biggest green track bully in history of cricket

Nope just returning the favors of the posters who used the troll vote on me,  I never use the troll/downvote otherwise

You will need a lot today, Kohli's decision to bat first is backfiring.

He averages below 25 in every single country except Australia (avg 30), Bangla Zim and Sri Lanka.

Let's see, he averages 23 in england (expected because of the conditions)

he averages 23 in nz (again similar conditions)

he averages above 30 in australia, lanka bangladesh ( as expected from a green track bully)

he's played just 3 test matches in India and uae combined that's a very small sample size to be mentioning his average in those countries.

So yeah, nothing in the stats posted above proves that he's not a green track bully

Averaging 30 in Australia is amazing. Those tracks are flatter than India

There is no such word as 'Dead rubber' in test cricket and rest assured the 3rd test will be a classic. Even though team India couldn't take '25 Saal ka Badla', they played and competed well in the first two tests. India will also consider themselves unlucky having lost both tosses and made to bat last. We will fight tooth and nail to salvage some pride in the test series and go into the LOIs with positive mindset.

Stay tuned in ICF for another cracker of a Test Match.
