In Mumbai we mainly use groundnut oil, hence the bhajjis have a long shelf life. Don't think that cooking them in coconut oil as is the practice in Chennai would do much for the bhajji. We made a mess of team selection today got away with it .There was no need for 3 spinners on that wicket ,should have played another batsman. Chahar looks a real find opening the Watson bowling as well.Bowling looks way stronger than expected.Which is wierd as a CSK fan.
