Bilateral ODIs are a snooze fest

I didn’t watch a single ball of the 1st ODI, and most likely won’t watch any of the 6, wait is it really 6 SIX ??!!, games.

At least tri-series have some unpredictability and excitement. Not sure why we don’t see these often

Flat pitches have made it even worse and just downright awful to watch, there is absolutely no contest between bat and ball, who the hell enjoys this crap? Does anybody give a damn about these meaningless games??!!

An additional test alone would have been infinitely better than this whole crap ODI series

6 is an odd figure what is the point if it ends in 3-3...,I personally think this is an exciting contest between 2 evenly matches teams.

SIX is absolutely terrible, I wanna club the guy who came up with this outrageous ‘idea’! 3 would have been just about right. Even 5 games would be too boring

my priorities for watching Indian cricket...

1. ICC WC

2. ICC T20 WC

3. Bilateral game any (test, ODI, t20) vs Pakistan

4. Test series in england

5. Test series in australia

6. Test series in south africa

7. CT

8. IPL playoffs, semis and finals

9. Test series in nz

10. Home test series vs australia, england, southafrica

11. Bilateral ODI, t20 vs australia, england , southafrica

12. random IPL

so this current series is 11th on my priority :/

Iam not interested in watching any bilateral ODI, T20 or Test game vs WI, SRL, Bang

3Tour games, 5Tests, 3Odis and 3T20s would have been sweet... we were just getting warmed up for tests...

I disagree 5 test matches will be far too many, it will kill the interest especially if host prepare flat tracks, it will be hazardous to pacers, 3 tests are the best, agree with your point on  3 practice matches.

Too much importance given to phateecharstan, I wouldn't really care about matches against the minnows phateecharstan

Take your complaints to the SA Cricket board please.  They are the ones who chose 6 ODIs over the 4th test.  For obvious rea$ons.

I don't mind big ODI series like a 5 game series for now. Let's win  this series in South Africa and in places like Australia or England, and then we can think about shortening the tour. I want our team to dominate in ODI'S in overseas. We haven't won a bilateral ODI series in a while most of these countries.

Also another reason why we need more ODI's is because its the best time to rotate players, especially bowlers and given them a chance. In 3 game series, its going to be really hard.

All this sweet talk about short tours, its going to be really tough to give chances to new players even more.
