Took a tiger just 3 seconds to snap the neck and maim a 1000 pound wild buffalo.

Pure muscular strength

Tiger is nature’s cruel killing machine.

They are probably domestic Buffaloes

Tigers can kill small bears. Bears can kill smaller tigers or if any one of them is wonded or old etc. Prime adults of either species will not risk injury or death and will avoid faceoff. Only wild animals known to fight are male lions. Tigers are known to be very reluctant to fight but can kill much larger animals alone. Bears do not have retractable claws and have much weaker jaw stength but largest bears are different league as they are twice as heavy as heaviest tigers and will have higher bone density in their hands they can potentially kill tigers if cornered.

my view is also bit similar .. if tigers cant overpower bear , it will move away ..

bear has no reason to attack a tiger but tiger might attack bear as a potential prey ..

so end result is more casualties for the bears

in most of the articles they mentioned that bears use their weight and grapple to subdude their prey and wont use their claws ..

also bear has tight neck skin and full of fur , will be difficult for tiger to hold bears neck ( tigers atatck neck but jaguars attack skull )

doubt tiger will go for full frontal attack .. also bear is garppling and not using their paws as a weapon

grizzly bear has less fur on their neck than sloth bears, tigers can do sneak attack

Tiger will probably win in a do or die match. But not a foregone conclusion imo due to size of grizzly .. But Tiger will probably prove  bit too much of a bad ass....but one fight should be arranged for the enthusiasts :D

Ideally yes.  But if we take strongest bear n strongest tiger and if any one of them beats the other very easily then the deal could be sealed in few fights.

But people should have knowledge of their past , their fighting experience and from which area they belong etc.For example tigers in Northeast are extremely dangerous as they even attack Rhino or Elephant but Ranthambore tigers don't do that so  1 fight will raise  100 questions from losing side

it has to be Terai ( kanha Nepal) or Kaziranga giants..330 kg mean beast and a grizzly from yellowstone a 350 kg behemoth..Alaskan brown bears are 600kg its unfair. Polar bears will probably kill and eat both the tiger and the grizzly together as they would a *ing beluga whale.

polar bears are big but they are not agile or fast enough .. ( did some  googling , looks like grizzly bears are the biggest , but on an average polar bears are bigger before hibernation ) ..

tigers are nimble and fast enough for the bears .. still i am sure , tigers wont go for face to face confrontation

tigers hunt from behind and bears grapple its prey .. even a lethergic walrus defend agaisnt a polar bear

true on tigers being better predators, they have claws and they move much much faster have better bite force etc.

On bears Grizzly are around 360 kilos max gorged pre winter fat they are brown bears but are sufficiently diff to be a subspecies.  Alaskan brown or Kodiak bears are giants that can go up to 554-600 kilos they are brown bears but are sufficiently different to be a separate sub species.  Polars are on average bigger than Alaskan brown bears and are considered the largest species of bears going up to 700 kg in wild. Compare the size to a max of 330 kg for bengal tigers - 390 with full stomach. We do not know what the biggest prime wild siberians where, as the current ones are smaller than bengals. There could be much smaller individuals in all species and subspecies we can not consider those..i mean a sumatran tiger will probably be 250 kg thats the size of an african Lion.

This one is difficult at to which animal wins, Bears do a lot of digging they have storong bone structure but claws a re weak and jaws are weak. Tigers coat is weak and core body is exposed..

its like a heavy weight ninja vs a sumo wrestler..in case of a grizzly probably a smaller sumo wrester.
