When the team is full strength most the players pick themselves.This is my squad for ODIs :- First XI:- Rohit, Dhawan, Kohli(C), Pandey, Dhoni (Wk), Karthik, Pandya, BK, Kuldeep, Chahal, Bumrah. Reserves:- Rahul, Raina, Sundar, One seamer (My pick Khaleel). Dropped:- Rahane, Kedar, Axar (Sundar is a better option as a whole package), Thakur. T20s :- First XI:- Rohit, Dhawan, Kohli(C), Raina, Karthik , Dhoni (Wk), Pandya, Sundar, BK, Kuldeep, Bumrah. Reserves:- Rahul, Hooda, Chahal, Unadkat. Dropped:- Pandey, Shankar, Pant, Axar (Sundar is better), Thakur, Siraj. We should not confuse formats and select best combinations for each formats. randomGuy 1 Link to comment

Can he rotate strike and keep moving ? DK 3.0 seems to be best . But challenge would be that our lower order is exposed . Rahul isnt been given enough confidence by team mngmt, KL rahul is murder when he is set hold ur horses regd the mental aspect of karthik......he has played gems before n has still had mental issues KL is the most talented batsman of all.......n the 2nd best after kohli in all format. Shankar is a proper batsman whose bowling is a bonus Yea suggest me batsman who can hit n give u 6th bowling option Hooda, jadhav, jadhav cant consitently give u 5 overs Shankar n krunal can One bad day for any bowler and u need 6th bowler more then any thing , a 6th bowler shud have the abilty to consistently give u 5+ overs Link to comment

Shikhar only got 5 games and kohli a 4-6 test of bad run thats it how can that be compared to karthik 14 yr poor career To early to say regd karthik, he got opp at 4 last yr and he didnt do much........so hold ur horses.....he ll have to do a lot more to gain confidence of everyone n earn a permanent spot and m sure he knws that to . I hope he has come good coz he is very talented but to soon to pass a judgement Link to comment
