zen
http://toi.in/G2vJ3a/a28fj While it can be argued that only professionals should get involved to potentially not make the injuries more severe, it is sad to see the man eventually die due to excessive bleeding. No attempt was made to secure the man and immediately rush him to the hospital

kosingh
Happens a little too often in India. Disgraceful.
beetle
People are reluctant to help still because we had stupid rules earlier which made it easy for the police and sometimes the relatives of victims to implicate the people who tried to help. I know two cases of people who helped the victims, took them to hospital and were harrased by the police who tried to put the blame on them .In one of these cases the victim himself tried to implicate to extract money. This was quite some time back . Rules are better now . More cctv cameras all over also helps. But people are still scared to help . The photo craze is just sick . A camera in every hand has made us a country of attention seeking idiots. Turning_track
