While chasing, I think that teams are leaving the acceleration till it is too late. Ideally, one should chase as if there is one over less so even if things don't go as per the plan, you still have 6 balls left.

Agree, but the fact that there's six balls of buffer sits somewhere in the head of the batsmen and they tend to take it easy, defeating the purpose of the buffer

it depends on situation as well 

If one player is going well and he is watching others throw their wkt ....he ll have to take it till end 

 

Ideally for a chase a good start is important , but it wnt happen every day
