Blatant Umpiring Errors In IPL

Recommended Posts

Kings lost by 3 runs.

Had the wide in the last over been called, Kings would hav needed 2 runs from 1 ball.

Standards of these indian umpires are woeful.

I hav seen this particular umpire make a lot of mistakes in the past.

Edit: since some are misinterpreting this post, let me clarify... Kings xi may well hav lost it even with wide but in a crucial moment, such things can make a huge impact.

Nothing new. I have said form the beginning that bambis CANNOT qualify without cheating and umpires influence

They even took it one step further by influencing broadcasters to show different image. Rohit Sharma blatant inside edge not given. Thankfully DRS

It's reached a point that when you play bambis, you need to allow DRS for wides too because onfield umpires hwo have been paid off influencing the results

Nothing blatant.

Axar moved before it was bowled.

The ball passed under his bat as he missed the slog.

Moreover from commentary feed

Quote

Close call for the umpire. Very wide yorker from McClenaghan which dips under Axar's slog-sweep, but because he had moved across the stumps a touch, the umpire decides to let it go

It depends. If the wide had been given, Mitch wouldn't gone easy with the last ball and KXIP might have need 4 or 5 off last ball and lost the game anyway. At the end of the day, Ashwin lost another match for his team with his dumb selections.

Didn't see the no-ball...

But that last over ball to Axar was clearly wide.

Here's the commentary from cricinfo.

"McClenaghan to Patel, 1 bye, wide yorker outside off. Very wide. He swings across the line and misses. Ishan Kishan fumbles and they sneak a bye. That should have been a wide..."

You can't take the boundary of the last ball in equation...all Mitch was focusing on was not to bowl a noball and just bowl a legal delivery even if it was hit for a 6.

That ball would have meant 7 out of 2...apart from that one fluke 6 by Axar,no way he was going to get 7 of 2,maybe only an outside chance...it wasn't such a difference maker in the end lol.

What is this whining?

Although I agree it was a wide but your assumption is flawed.

They needed 8 of one, so even with the wide, the equation would have been 7 of one.

You quoted CI, I quoted cricbuzz.

Both are neutral.

So its not blatant rather debatable you can say.

Seriously, every match Mumbai win they are out crying and whining and Mumbai hasn't even been good this year. Still crapping their pant at the prospect of facing MI in playoffs or finals. :fear1:

Bro inki zeheniyat hi aisi hai.

Remember when the cheating convicts were convicted and banned for two years, those oily rats started supporting wherever their adopted heros went. We followed their asses and slapped dhoni in the finals again :rotfl:

Who will account for the extra ball?

Yeah, that escaped my mind. That's bad, very bad then.

Umpiring is probably 10th on list of reasons Kings XI should be blaming

True, today's Match ka Aakhri mujrim is UV, golden moment for him to tonk a couple of sixes for a win towards the end.....instead scores 1 (3)

Feel very sad for Rahul. Couldn't watch the match live today, want to view highlights just to see what this harami UV did with the 2 other balls he faced before he got caught.....total shameless dumbass this moron has become, he should be kicked out of the team and KXIP should do some changes for next year's IPL.

axar standing outside off ,not in normal position

The ball went well outside the white line by couple of stumps. It should have been a wide.

:cantstop: couple of stumps outside...Hehe...

Are bhai...matlab...about 7 or more inches outside white line... so even if he was standing covering the stumps... it was still wide
