He just has to conclusively prove that it is not out to over turn. That was quiet evident he took the catch. Worst case inconclusive. But this guy concluded it was not a clean catch. Oh that southee catch, I thought the ball dipped once and he was right in giving it not out. But yeah, it wasn't conclusive so should've stayed with soft signal. philcric Posted May 18, 2018 Share Posted May 18, 2018 Was the umpire biased or just pathetic ? ABD's shot ... the umpire took fricking 3 minutes to declare it a 4. Almost everyone else felt it was a 6.
