He is poison to any team, god forbid if they send him at the death overs. Hope he never plays for India again. Hard to believe that when we have high pedigree thoroughbreds like KLR and pant, we kept trying to make this mule settle down as our "death overs specialist hitter". He has the second lowest S/R among batsmen who hit more than 250 runs this season @120. No prizes for guessing the lowest - rahane @119, who also kept getting a lot more opportunities than pant in ODIs inorder to compensate for the injustice meted out to him in the test arena (which is another sad story for us fans, but in the test scene). KLR and pant are the top-2 batsmen in this IPL. We were crying hoarse for the inclusion of these two batsmen in LoI cricket since the last IPL ended. The way these two have been treated its like as if our haters the PCB are secretly handling our team.
