zen
Bel is getting the high crosses in for its relatively tall players to head the ball in to the net .... On the other hand, Jap is making some interesting attacks relying on a mixture of tactics Edited July 2, 2018 by zen UrmiSinhaRay

zen
Winners performance ranking so far: 1. FRA (played the best game so far .... vs ARG) 2. Bra (Engineered the win vs a solid MEX) 3. Uru (a good display of defence and strikering abilities vs POR) 4. Bel (for the comeback after being 0-2 down) 5. Rus (punched above its weight) 6. Cro (for the under performance. However could start as fav vs RUS) Edited July 2, 2018 by zen UrmiSinhaRay
Singh bling
This is first time after 1970 when West Germany defeated England in knock out stage after coming back from 2-0 down. Belgium did it in 2018

Wish we had long term policy makers like theirs. When they decided to colonize the world, they graded the areas on potential of the populace at football. And this is what they reap. Windfall gain of colonialism. The British on the other hand were very stupid. They colonized the Indian sub continent, the USA/Canada, Malaysia/Singapore and Burma. People who play even worse football than the British themselves. UrmiSinhaRay

Not all football powers are ok with the inclusion of colored players or having African origins. Germany for example, some of the fans take a lot of pride for Bavarian players & that is why I feel Thomas Mueller sometimes is exempted from the criticism after the start he got early in his career. In recent times, 2 footballers who play for Germany, Gundogan & Mesut Ozil are from Turkish origin & they've been booed by German fans in pre WC friendly matches. It was also because both these players posed with Turkish President Erdogan last month & presented him with a jersey with the phrase "to my president". I have noticed Germans usually try to downplay it but the issue shows the existing political divide. UrmiSinhaRay
