All shastri needs to do is say something and everyone will start abusing him. Doesn't matter if it makes sense or not.

Really? Your squad for the upcoming series in England suggests otherwise. The grounds will be full of Indian fans for those games more so than for the Tests or even the ODIs and I fully expect to be outnumbered as an England fan at OT and Bristol. Don't they care?

most of the posters are just personally attacking shastri like bewda etc.....he hasn't said a word wrong here......t-20s only matter in world t-20 cups......no need of loading ur premier players to play uneccessary t-20s.....give oppurtunities to youngsters in t-20s.

Its still an international format, give it the due it deserves. For a country like India, there should be enough bench strength for the format as well, don't need to stretch Kohli, Bumrah, Bhuvi etc across all 3 formats and then the IPL. It should be possible to create specialists who excel in T20s rather than recycling Pandey & Dhoni perpetually.

don't think he made a wrong statement....t-20s go for a toss in front of odi and test series.....don't think our fast bowlers like bhuvi,bumrah should play t-20s....they should rest and prepare for tests.
