randomGuy
Maharashtra is a big state. Hope recent plastic ban there is a success, to be replicated in rest of the country. Otherwise I guess delhi has also had unsuccessful plastic ban.. UrmiSinhaRay

Tibarn
This is purely on the door of the WB government (obviously), but I remember there were statistics last year regarding Swachh Bharat where it showed some states weren't even spending the central funds allocated to them, Nitish Kumar's Bihar government and Akilesh Yadav's UP government were among those who weren't spending the funds. I guess Mamata was leading the pack also there. UrmiSinhaRay

DHONI_FANN
Intellectual bengalis dont believe in hygiene and clealiness. Moreover, Mamta Begum will always oppose Swach Bharat as long as Modi promotes it. zen
Just now, FischerTal said: yeah but look at tunisias population.... But how can overpopulation be an excuse when we are responsible for that too? Before dreaming about anything, first step is to be clean and green, and work towards having a manageable population UrmiSinhaRay
