Kaul got the work ethic and determination but still lacks the x factor for the internationals.

True. Which is why he will never play tests. But i think he still will do OK as a backup in LOI's if our main pacers are injured.

This is why i don't rate our LOI seam attack, the moment they get hit, they lose their minds and forget to hit the right area. Even at the death you need to consistently hit that hard length unless there is significant reverse on offer. These IPL variations will never work at this level in ODI's.

Death bowling was always going be weaker with bumrah and Bhuvi out.

I just want us to try bowlers who actually are good odi bowlers not like of kauls who are good at T20 and nothing much else. Was an excellent opportunity to try out someone like khaleel ,Saini ,avesh and others and what have the selectors done???

Yes but then we are missing bumrah, imagine pakistan without a hasan or Amir

Willey had mis time most of his shots yet he got boundaries because he can muscle them as the speeds are not troubling enough that's why every team needs a true fast bowler(145+) who can trouble these sloggers.

Yes but i'm not sure how mentally tough any of them are. Also they start bowling wides and no balls. All they had to do was what they did for the majority of the bowling innings and the damage wpuld not have been so extensive.
