who is picking best team from IPL or other leagues.  They are just an indicator.  All these play domestic cricket and picked for IPL and other leagues only if they do well in domestic cricket, junior or senior.

No.  he will  play for India if he does well in domestic cricket.

What I don't understand is Kohli's reluctance to include talented youngsters-instead relying on Uncles.
Especially given the fact that he himself had been fast tracked and is playing at the international level from 20.

If this kid gets selected Good chance for Pintu Parcha as well then who is a right hander, given the current regime's fetish for Left-Right combo if they wish to go that route

I think they are trying to follow the Australian model of the late 1990s and early 2000s.

 

But forgetting that

1. Fast bowlers were still fast tracked.

2. More ready players were chosen irrespective of age.  They did not pick old players for the sake of it, even if they were mediocre ... like we did it with old Yuvi, older Raina, old Gambhir, Parthiv, Rayudu etc.

Looking at his earlier innings ....looks like he is evolving as batsman very quickly
