Is sacred games... Hinduphobic?

Ppl should be afraid at least in the sense that people would do almost anything to stand up for their rights .... Look what happened to Tibet .... Ind’s history, to a certain extent, has been shaped by ppl worrying about their own interests and trying to please others

Even his Mukkabaaz has a Hindutva man as the main antagonist. He has a thing for being Hinduphobic ever since BJP came to power. So, Mumbai is terrorized not by Dawood, but some fictional Hindu (Gaitonde) gangster.

... and that guy has some feral brahmins at his disposal who harass muslims for fun... wtf!!!

Hindu terror, all through the series in cohort with Islamic terror to cause major destruction which will cause Hindu retaliation in a global way. This is the same topic as in Quantico, done in a GoW style, with ample amount of profanity, sexual content, extreme violence and dark humor! If you tolerate the Hinduphobia, it is a good watch for the dark story.

As someone who read and loved the original book, I think Sacred Games is one of the finest stories ever told
However, Anurag tends to inject a lot of his own biases into the stories to essentially ruin them.

Those who have read Vikram Chandra’s source novel would recognise some of these as having appeared in passing in the narrative, which deals heavily with the Hindu-Muslim relationship in India

Given his attitude, AK would project it as the highlight.

Just like how he completely reversed the GoW plot by making Pathans fearless dashing heroes and Thakurs as pathetic villains when it couldn't be farther from the truth.

Remember the scene where Manoj Bajpei openly threatens via public addressing system to return the girl or face consequences? In real life the exact opposite happened .
