Can't wait to see Dhawal , Unadkat and Ayappa bowl in tandem.

They will compete with each other to be the slowest seamer of the day.

They are MSK Prasad' s favourite,we may see them in the team in the next series

This is probably the end of the road for Aaron.

he has to perform to be back in reckoning, i doubt that selectors wnt consider him if he takes a bunch of wkts this season and its high time he does. HE has gone beyond a stage where only potential will save him

Agree he has perform but Mithun, Dhawal, Dinda keep getting picked irrespective of their performances. Aaron should have been there in Duleep trophy squads.

Ayappa averages over 30 this season. Why was he picked them ?  Ishwar Pandey, averaging 23, has missed out.

This is going to be quite interesting tournament, where India A and India B will be facing South Africa A and Australia A. Whats the point of giving a place to jalaj saxena , he will never play for India.....shud have selected Rahul chahar

Probably this has to do with his emotional outburst that he had a few days back regarding his non-selection in India A squad.

Players to watch out for

Aparjith

Indrajith

Chahar

Karn Sharma

Mukund

Vijay Shankar

Dhruv shorey

Aparjith carries the vibe of a latter day Hemang Badani about him.  Even his 100 in the England tour came in a meaningless game where he slowed down to get it.  India has too deep a talent pools to need Azhar Ali type players.

The Quadrangular Series featuring India A, India B, South Africa A & Australia A was set to commence from 17th August 2018 at Mulapadu, Vijayawada. But due to heavy rainfall in the region, the match officials in consultation with the ground curator Mr. S Sriram reached a consensus that the ground conditions were not suitable for play for the next two days.

As a result, matches on the 17th & 18th August (reserve day) which were scheduled to take place between India A & Australia A, India B & South Africa A had to be called off.

The concerned team managements have been informed of the same and are on the same page as the match officials. The rest of the fixtures will continue as per schedule from 19th August 2018.

Quadrangular A team series moved out of Vijayawada

Matches to be televised will likely be held at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, while the others are expected to take place at KSCA's Alur facility on the outskirts of the city. Alur hosted the recently concluded second four-day Test between India A and South Africa A earlier this month.

The ACA ground in Mulapadu, which was to host the fixtures, does not have a state-of-the-art drainage facility. Vijayawada has received intermittent rain over the past week. This forced the first set of matches to be abandoned on Friday despite there not being any rain for more than 24 hours in the build-up to the start.

The ACA was confident of preparing the surface and outfield for Sunday, provided there was no rain, but there was a thunderstorm on Saturday evening. This resulted in water seepage that caused significant damage to the pitch and outfield. Sunday dawned with continuous drizzle, and although both teams made it out to the ground, they had to return to their hotel not long after making the hour-long trip.

That the one indoor facility in Mangalagiri is an hour's drive from Vijayawada has added to the players' frustration, leaving them with little or no opportunities for match practice in the five days they've been in the city. They have been forced to remain indoors or undertake fitness sessions at a private gym.
