Also must remember that many of them must have procured necessary Indian documents thanks to vote bank politics and corruption/negligence, there was a huge set-up in Bengal during Left Front rule purely for this purpose...and most of the benefactors were persecuted Biharis (Urdu speaking) of Bangladesh who are even more radical and anti-Hindu.
