To be frank, Test cricket is not popular in India too.
They get less ratings than even Top Hindi Daily soaps.

but test happening in NZ is NZ Board;s concern, not BCCIs.  BCCI gets revenue only from tests played in India.

This is such a joke, ICC has to be ashamed , what heck is it doing, how can a major tour be without any test matches. NZC you need to do better.
