Why is it so hard to understand for the internet warriors ? He even spells it out about banks (most being PSU) and govt recruitment. Kaun itna padhega re "Let's us assume the reservation is given. But there are no jobs. Because in banks, the jobs have shrunk because of IT. The government recruitment is frozen.
