  • Pant is there because he is in the current squad as WK and should ideally be playing

Pant hasn't even played a single test for India, he shouldn't be picked in all time XI, parthiv patel to replace pant, I know he sucks, but that's the best lefty wicket keeper we got

Our lefty batting stockpile is so thin, even the current team is in desperate need of good LHBs in the top 7. Our 2007-10 unit had one excellent opener in Gambhir and the legendary Dada in the middle order. Can't be so homogeneous which allows opponent bowlers to get their lines perfect whole day.
