To be fair to Yadav, he bowled great in warm ups and the 2nd innings of first test. Failed in one innings only. Perfectly fits in with our inconsistent bowling attack. Dropping Kuldeep for Umesh is a right move considering they failed to read the conditions properly before start of the match. It's very simple for us to say how can Kohli not select extra fast bowler here after watching Indian batting. For all we know Kuldeep can still be our trump card. Again I would emphasize, if we lose bowlers not batsmen are culprit. On this pitch no batsman can survive against Anderson, broad, woakes type bowlers. And Anderson is one of the finest swing bowlers. There is just no chance. Where we lose is our bowlers don't maintain the pressure on the opposition. They bowl well in patches allowing the opposition to get the edge in scoring.Ishant, Pandya, Shami,Umesh etc are no match to Anderson, broad and woakes, Curran in these conditions skillwise.We misread the conditions and pitch. If we don't draw this game I have feeling we'll lose heavily, Kohli will also not score much from hereon if we lose this test. Before the series started I said the same things about batting, no one is sure of a spot and even Kohli is a walking wicket in these conditions. Dhoni was cliquey and all but atleast didn't choose team based on social media outcry caused by People who don't essentially understand the tactical underhands of cricket(not that we have a great bench either) Let us lose this test and people will start to behave like if Jaddu and Pant are bhagwans who can rescue the Earth from Martians. I am expecting them in the team - esp Pant in the 3rd test.
