Hydra
If you ever thought that India would win a series in Australia you are mistaken, India has never won a series in Australia or SA don't see that changing. With Kohli and Shastri in charge and no pace bowlers of note and no batsmen other than Kohli the joke is on India, don't know why India struggle so much over here? India does not have the fitness or the mental fitness to be a good team, but don't worry I am sure Shastri will be enjoying all the liquor here in Australia. Our pitches here are so flat, there is no pace, and spinners always struggle in Australia, don't see Indian players wanting to work hard and you can't rely on one player no matter how elite he is, takes a team, not a selfish captain who is only good at being aggressive and selfish and an alcoholic coach. The Cricket Cast
Perhaps. If this series is 0-5 or 1-4, it might have a psychological impact. But that tour is also a long way off and India will have plenty of time to regroup. The other thing is, the batsmen are struggling because the ball is moving sideways. In Australia there may be pace and bounce (especially in Perth and Brisbane), but there is unlikely to be much lateral movement whether in the air or off the pitch. The modern day Indian batsmen are decent at playing bounce. On the flip side, Australia has arguably the strongest fast bowling attack in world cricket and they will get the ball to reverse. Deleted_User_1
Shastri has already scarred the players ausses by turning up the heat, so need for England of Aussies to do anything. The scarring is already there and self-induced! The Dark Horse, Switchblade, Forever Indian and 1 other 1 3 Link to comment
R!TTER
We were never going to do that well in Aus anyway. Anyone who's deluded enough to think that an attack of Starc, Hazlewood, Cummins, Lyon, Pattinson even on Aus roads is easily tameable might also think that some of our rookie pacers (if they play) will blow Warner, Smith less Aus batting into oblivion, on those highways. Aus was always gonna be our toughest challenge, looking at our batting lineup atm it'd be a miracle if we escape with just 2-nil defeat. And given how poor the performances have been, I think most fans will gladly take a 1-4 result. UrmiSinhaRay 1 Link to comment
Nonbeliever
India gifted Steve Smith to Aussies last time. This time They will create another Smith from a nobody. Maybe a warner also. UrmiSinhaRay 1 Link to comment

Theoretically even a 2-2 draw is not mathematically impossible, though improbable. UrmiSinhaRay 1 Link to comment
