Why has Rishabh Pant been underwhelming in domestic ODIs?

He has very good statistics in First Class & T20 cricket but below average in List A (Domestic ODI) 

 

First Class

Average: 50.15 

 

T20 Cricket

Average: 36.57 

Strike Rate: 165.31

 

List A

Average: 29.76 

Strike Rate: 105.16 

 

Why is this the case?

Could be bit like Sehwag syndrome who was also similar. Also if I remember correctly, last year Vijay Hazare he was made Delhi captain and failed with the bat whole series due to burden of captaining seniors.

good.. finally you understood how burdensome it will be when captaining the seniors in one or two or in all the formats
