A way to man heart is not through Instagram thats for sure. Looking at the Pic of his measly legs no wonder rahul gets injured. Had he invested more in strength and building muscles in legs than posting on Instagram he would be better off.

Really that's not a Photoshop?
What I see is most of the Indian cricketers have very thin legs.
Almost Chicken Drumsticks type.

but he has lived in Bihar and Jharkhand all his life.  Muscles and strength are only built by working on it and he has done that after he retired from tests.

I have lived all over India but have pahadi thighs....

Body structure is genetic too.

Working ofcourse helps. But most ( not all ) do have stronger lower body.

I don't see any skinny legs in my family ...even extended one. My kid was born with golu golu legs.
