Anything less than a perfect record in such a tournament would be a disappointment.  Indian age group cricket is way ahead of its neighbors in terms of resources, organization, professionalism.

but these are mostly second level of U19 group that played WC earlier this year who could not make it to that team. Most of these wont make it to next U19 WC.

I know that. But even the 2nd string u19 Indian players should be a lot more polished than their south asian counterparts. The level of of coaching, infrastructure available in India compared to Afg/Bd/Nepal/SL/Pak is like comparing sports facilities in India with those of the US.

Any scouting info on this u19 team. Seems to be the weakest u19 team in ages . High expectations after the previous u 19 team .

Which website will will be hacked this time around ?

Yash Jaiswal, mohit jangara, Pawan shah and yatin mangwani seems good prospects, don't think they are weak these are one of the worst pitches,

this is an India U19 B side consisting most of the players who missed the U19 WC earlier this year.  Most of these players will not play next U19 WC.  Still this team has some  good players in Yashasvi, Pavan Shah, Prabhsimnar WK/bat, Yatin Mangwani, Padikkal, etc.  Jangra looks okay but does not seem like that India prospect.

Ok...thats why not hearing hypes around any one of them.

How is Ayush badoni? He was the one who took 5 wickets and scored almost 300 in SL, isnt it?

has been talked about a lot in Delhi. He is a part time off spinner and a middle order batsman.  He was prolific for Delhi in U19 cricket, another Uttarakandi.  Both Anuj Rawat and Badoni.

Except Yashasvi (read somewhere that he's 17), no player in this squad meets the age criteria for next U19 WC. Once this batch is done playing their share of matches, guys like Kartik Tyagi will probably start getting chances.
